TextFixer is an AI-powered text correction service that helps improve grammar, clarity, and style in your writing. The service is provided through:

• iOS Shortcuts that integrate with your device's share menu
• API endpoints that process your text using artificial intelligence
• Web-based account management and subscription services

2. Account Registration and Access

To use TextFixer, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Use the service in compliance with these terms
• Keep your access credentials (API key) secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

• Limited to 20 text corrections per month
• Maximum 500 characters per correction
• No payment required

Paid Plans

• Billed monthly in advance
• Automatically renewed unless cancelled
• Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP)
• Payment processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TextFixer only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use automated tools to overwhelm our servers
• Share your API key with others
• Use the service to process confidential information belonging to others without permission

5. Content and Privacy

Regarding the text you submit for correction:

• We process your text to provide corrections
• Text is transmitted securely and is not permanently stored
• We do not use your text to train AI models
• Your text may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI)

TextFixer and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original text, but you grant us permission to process it to provide our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any consequences of using corrected text
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
